Since childhood Santina has been passionate about art in its many forms. Studying visual art throughout her high school years, she was awarded the art prize upon graduation, for outstanding achievement.  Following that she continued with several graphic arts courses at Dawson College, venturing out to work with various mediums including coloured pencil, acrylic and oil.  Some of her biggest projects include the creation of over-sized murals collaborating with her Artist husband, and some abstract designs, as well as realistic renditions of animals and nature.  “I use my artwork to express the beauty of God’s creation I see all around me”

Since joining the Artist’s Circle of the West Island Santina has been encouraged to experiment with other new techniques and is continually inspired by the works and experience of the other talented artists in this group.
