Elsy Torres
Was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. She has a hotel administration degree from The Autónoma del Caribe University in Barranquilla, with the help of good professors.

Her studies over, Elsy moved to Montreal, Canada, got married, is in the process of raising her three children while succeeding in her post-degrees studies in management at Concordia University of Montreal.
​
With more than 20 years of experience in this area she became part of associations such as: The Artists’ Circle of the West Island, The Collective Artistic Traces Multiples and The Beaconsfield Artist Association BAA. She explores visual expression trough imagination, creativity and source of continue learning. The issues addressed in her work are related to fields such as: Spiritual, social.
She continues to dedicate attention to specific techniques in fine arts such as, Mixed Media, Abstract, Oil and Acrylic, which take her to another type of inspiration, expressing all her imagination in a realistic level. Presently she lives with her husband and her three kids in Montreal.
